'How to be the Church: learning from our past, discerning our calling.'

   I am sure that many of us are hoping and praying that this (much delayed) annual event will take place next May.  We have all experienced to some degree the disruption, disorientation and stress that the pandemic has caused, not forgetting the bereavement and continuing health issues being suffered by many in our communities.

    As members of the Church, we have also been made to face particular challenges, not only in our parishes/communities, but also in our personal and family lives, as well as in the wider worlds of work and society.  We hope that our event next May will be an opportunity to come together, to share our experiences and learn from one another, 'How to be the Church ...'.
